The RightTime Graduate Program develops the next generation of mining technology leaders capable of deploying advanced operational systems across the resources sector. We offer an accelerated path to leading technology innovation in one of the most exciting parts of the global economy: Mining and Resources.

We don’t treat you like a child. You’ll be part of our core team from Day 1, not buried in some graduate consulting sweat-shop. And while we run a standard 38 hour work week, to progress you’ll need to commit your own time to study to achieve the industry certifications on offer.
If you fully commit, by the end of our 4-year program you'll have a wealth of experience and 6 of the leading industry certifications to ensure you are a top candidate wherever you choose to take your career.

Non-stop Training Supported by on-the-job training, by the end of your 4 year journey you will have had the opportunity to achieve 6 of the most respected industry certifications: CBAP, CISSP, SAFe Scrum Master, ITIL, PMP, and AWS Cloud Practitioner.
